9b. Staff on Duty are not role-playing so you shouldn't interact with them as if they are.
10a. If your main account isn't banned, using an alt account is fine. If your main is banned, your ban will be increased and your alt account will be permed.
Role-playing Rules

12. Hobos may not own doors, since they are homeless.

15. If your friend is a hitman you may NOT help him complete his hit. It does not matter if you are in the same gang or not. You could only potentially interfere if the person shot you directly.

Role-playing Rules - In Depth
1a. This includes killing for invalid reasons. See Combat Engagement.
3a. This includes self-supply as a Gun Dealer. Self-supply is switching to a job, buying entities, and then switching to another job.
3b. It is not self-supply to spawn 1 weapon to defend your shop with as a gun dealer.
5a. Mic spam is playing music or sounds through your mic or otherwise being annoying on the microphone.
5b. Mic spam includes using external programs such as a soundboard to create sounds/noises in-game.
7a. No obscene videos, no sex noises, high pitched screeches, etc.
7b. The term inappropriate is subjective to the admin handling the issue.
8a. You cannot forcefully pickpocket someones as a means to mug. (Example: Body blocking someone into a corner to pickpocket them.)

8b. Example of Mugging: Stopping someone with a gun out and asking them to trade you money or you will kill them.
8c. Not an example of Mugging: Stopping someone carrying an entity on the street telling them to drop it or you will kill them.
9a. Example: If you do not like the Mayor's laws you can either take him hostage or put a hit on him. If you decide to raid the PD, you still need to take the Mayor hostage if possible, killing him being a last resort.
13a. Baiting is doing anything that's illegal on purpose to make CP chase/shoot you.
14a. Crossfire lenience depends heavily on the situation, for example accidentally hitting 1 person in a shootout isn't as big of a deal as spraying down 4 people who were somewhat nearby the intended subject. This goes for explosives too, you can't blow up main street to raid a base killing multiple random people without giving proper warning beforehand verbally and in chat.
19a. Do not run into spawn if a CP is chasing you, you are in a gunfight, or you're being kidnapped. Don't take your RP situation into spawn.

New Life Rule
1. Once you die, you forget everything that happened to you in your past life.
2. You may not return to the area where you died until you wait the 5 minute NLR Area cooldown time.

13b. If a person has a part of them glitched through a prop, you cannot shoot the glitched part.
15-17a. When building, you shouldn't be roleplaying at all, or leaving your base to do things such as raid or defend gang members.
15-17b. Testing a base (from the outside) will be considered a part of roleplay, and therefore you may be arrested if the raiding weapons used are illegal.
18a. Megabasing is a general term for any unrealistically large base or structure.
18b. Attributes of megabasing are the following: Blocking off large portions of the map, eye sores bases, huge props that overlap into the street or sidewalk, props past property lines.
18c. As a general rule, you can only use props as big as the base you're building in.
19a. Examples: concentration camps, nazi regalia, penis structures, etc.
24a. Manipulate means changing color, material, etc.
24b. Examples of entities include: Scanners, Cameras, Terminals etc.
27a. Chamber or Cage doors are defined as a two-part fading door that means that those passing through must go through a sort of checkpoint, essentially trapping them until they pass through the second fading door. Allowing the baser to have a serious advantage upon raiders as they could use Nerve Gas for example.
Civil Protection Rules
1. Corrupt Civil Protection members are not allowed.
2. Civil Protection members may arrest players with illegal guns or contraband out on sight.
3. Civil Protection may use any weapon they have available to them upon spawning or from inside the Civil Protection armory.
4. SWAT may free-roam, but must protect the Police Department and Mayor during a raid / lockdown.
5. Civil Protection members are not allowed to baton rush.
6. Civil Protection members are not allowed to base/own doors/homes. The Police Department is your home.
7. Civil Protection members are not to arrest hobos during a lockdown, since they have no home.

13. After a valid warning CP may lethally eliminate lawbreakers who resist arrest or flee to inaccessible areas (e.g specific rooftops).
14. You may not under any circumstances kill prisoners in jail.
15. If an Admin is called during a Civil Protection raid, all roleplay should stop until the Admin has finished the sit. Continuing to kill or destroy props can result in punishment.
16. Civil Protection may set up speeding checkpoints under certain conditions (See in-depth).
Note: You cannot drop weapons as Civil Protection because you have access to an armory.

1b. Civil Protection and SWAT must listen to the Civil Protection Chief and the Mayor. The Civil Protection Chief must listen to the Mayor.
2a. This means you can arrest someone without warning.
5a. Baton Rush is defined as arresting someone while they are shooting at you.
5b. Example: You attempt to arrest a player who starts to shoot you. You must shoot back, or it is baton rush.
9a. Being in the PD is defined as being in the doorway at the top of the stairs (of the front entrance) as a minimum.
12a. You may arrest someone who is punching you or stabbing you.
16a. Checkpoints may only be built on the outer highways.
16b. Checkpoints must allow one lane of traffic at all times. Do not use fading doors or vehicles to block traffic. (A small speed bump is okay.)
16c. Checkpoints may not be visible from another checkpoint. Keep them at a distance.
Mayor Rules & Guidelines
1. You may not make curfews.
2. You must have a valid roleplay reason to set a lockdown.
3. You may only use weapons available to you from the Civil Protection armory.
4. You may change laws to be active or inactive based on the list at the bottom of the rules.
5. The Mayor can build in the PD as long as it does not block walking space. (Cosmetic Props only, no fading doors)
6. The Mayor may set bail for a minimum of $2000 or disable bail altogether. The mayor may also set alternative RP forms of bail
7. If there is no Mayor, the CP Chief may set bail instead. If there is no CP Chief, any Civil Protection or Swat officer can accept bail.
8. As Mayor you must not act as police, instead focus on organising the Civil Protection to police.
9. You may only deny warrant requests if you suspect that they are false or have insufficient grounding.
Mayor Rules & Guidelines - In Depth
2a. Examples include: Players are attempting to kill the mayor, Players are raiding the Police Department, etc.
6a. Bail must be a set price for everyone. No bias or special treatment (Example: Bail for everyone is $1000 but bail for friends is $500)

Combat Engagement
The rules that permit you to fire your weapon.
You can fire at someone if:
1. You have made a valid warning beforehand.
2. Someone is shooting, stealing or raiding from you.
3. A person is stopped, facing you, with a pickpocket, (or any item with the same model) out.
You cannot fire at someone if:
1. They are government personnel (if that is the sole reason).
2. They are doing no harm.
3. You have not given out a warning call.
In-Game Laws
These are the laws that should be followed in-game. Disobeying them in any way may result in punishment by government personnel.

16b. Checkpoints must allow one lane of traffic at all times. Do not use fading doors or vehicles to block traffic. (A small speed bump is okay.)
16c. Checkpoints may not be visible from another checkpoint. Keep them at a distance.
Mayor Rules & Guidelines
1. You may not make curfews.
2. You must have a valid roleplay reason to set a lockdown.
3. You may only use weapons available to you from the Civil Protection armory.
4. You may change laws to be active or inactive based on the list at the bottom of the rules.
5. The Mayor can build in the PD as long as it does not block walking space. (Cosmetic Props only, no fading doors)
6. The Mayor may set bail for a minimum of $2000 or disable bail altogether. The mayor may also set alternative RP forms of bail
7. If there is no Mayor, the CP Chief may set bail instead. If there is no CP Chief, any Civil Protection or Swat officer can accept bail.
8. As Mayor you must not act as police, instead focus on organising the Civil Protection to police.
9. You may only deny warrant requests if you suspect that they are false or have insufficient grounding.

2a. Examples include: Players are attempting to kill the mayor, Players are raiding the Police Department, etc.
6a. Bail must be a set price for everyone. No bias or special treatment (Example: Bail for everyone is $1000 but bail for friends is $500)
6b. Alternate forms of RP related bail include telling a story, joke, or any other form of RP entertainment.
8a. This includes not getting involved in CP raids.
Combat Engagement
The rules that permit you to fire your weapon.
You can fire at someone if:
1. You have made a valid warning beforehand.
2. Someone is shooting, stealing or raiding from you.
3. A person is stopped, facing you, with a pickpocket, (or any item with the same model) out.
You cannot fire at someone if:
1. They are government personnel (if that is the sole reason).
2. They are doing no harm.
3. You have not given out a warning call.
In-Game Laws
These are the laws that should be followed in-game. Disobeying them in any way may result in punishment by government personnel.
The Mayor cannot change laws that are defined below as "Always illegal" or "Always legal". Laws Mayor can change are defined below.
Always legal:
1. Owning or holding a handgun
2. Self Defence with a legal weapon
3. Jaywalking
4. Vehicles.
Always illegal:
1. Murder, Assault, Robbery and Raiding.
2. Firing off any gun in public for any reason other than self defense.
3. Owning a machete / sword or gun that is not a semi automatic pistol.
4. Owning contraband.
Mayor can change/add:
1. Weed to be legal
2. Stunsticks to be legal
3. Non-contraband items to be illegal
4. CP Disrespect to be illegal
5. Reasonable RP-related laws.
6. Fight Clubs to be legal.
7. Prostitution to be legal.
8. Default Car Speed Limit to be more than or less than the default 40
Contraband is: Weed*, Weed Plant*, Coke, Meth, Heroine, Stove, Printers, Lockpick, Pickpocket, Keypad Cracker, Any Explosive, Unarrest Baton, Stunstick, Health Chargers, Armor Chargers.
Contraband is not: Ammo Crate, Radio, Medic Kit, Bugbait, Drug ingredients
